When steel is above the recrystallization temperature, it can be shaped and formed easily, and the steel can be made in much larger sizes.
European Standard Wide Flange H Beams, HEA (IPBL) Beams
The last letter represents the thickness of the flange, wherein A represents the thinnest version of H sections. The height of the beam is lower than the flange width in HEA beams. A stainless steel beam can be jointed – then it is welded or bolted – or warm manufactured – then it is hot rolled or extruded.
